Terms and Conditions

Last updated 28 August 2026. These Terms govern your use of CertifyPath and take effect when you access the site or complete a purchase.

01Introduction

Welcome to CertifyPath. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CertifyPath (“CertifyPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at certifypath.online, including all related pages, learning content, examinations, certificates, application programming interfaces, and payment flows (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting the site, creating or using a purchase record, completing checkout, accessing lessons or examinations, or using any other feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, in which case “you” includes that organisation.

03Account Registration and Security

To purchase and receive the Services, you must provide accurate identifying information, including your legal name and a valid email address. We may create a purchase record, access record, or other account associated with that information. You agree to keep the information you provide complete, current, and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account, any access links, receipts, validation codes, and other credentials associated with your purchases. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your identifying information or access credentials. You must notify us promptly at support@certifypath.online if you believe your access has been lost, stolen, or used without authorisation.

Certificates are issued in the name you provide at checkout. You must not submit another person’s name, a false identity, or information you are not authorised to use. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access, or decline to issue or display a Certificate, where we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

04Course and Certification Purchases

CertifyPath offers Courses, Certifications, and bundled Course-and-Certification packages at the prices displayed at the time of checkout. Prices are stated in the currency presented during payment and may vary by region or payment method. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include any taxes, duties, or bank charges that your payment provider or local law may impose.

A purchase is complete when the selected payment provider confirms successful payment. Upon confirmation, you obtain a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased Digital Content and, where applicable, to sit the relevant examination or receive a Certificate, subject to these Terms.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers. You authorise the applicable provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails after delivery has begun, we may suspend access and withhold or revoke any Certificate issued in connection with that purchase.

05Access to Digital Content

Access to purchased Digital Content is granted electronically and is generally available immediately after payment confirmation. Course materials, examinations, and related files are delivered online. You are responsible for obtaining a compatible device, browser, and internet connection.

Access is licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred. You may not copy, download for redistribution, publicly display, or otherwise exploit Digital Content except as reasonably necessary for your own study.

We may update, improve, or discontinue particular lessons or features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep purchased content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the Services for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

06Exams and Certification Issuance

Where a Certification is earned by examination, you must complete the applicable proficiency exam in accordance with the instructions and rules presented on the site. Passing scores, time limits, and attempt policies, if any, will be those stated at the time you take the exam. You must not obtain or provide unauthorised assistance, share exam questions, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the assessment.

Where an attestation route is offered, you represent that you have working knowledge and/or professional experience in the relevant subject and that your attestation is true and not misleading. A Certificate issued on an attestation basis is issued in reliance on that representation.

A Certificate is issued to the named recipient following a qualifying purchase and, where applicable, successful completion of the exam or attestation. Certificates are unique digital credentials issued by CertifyPath for professional development purposes. They do not constitute a government licence, professional practising authority, accredited academic degree, or a substitute for any statutory qualification required by an employer or regulator.

We reserve the right to withhold, correct, or revoke a Certificate if we reasonably believe it was obtained through error, payment failure, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

07Certificate Verification

Certificates issued by CertifyPath can be verified online using the certificate validation code assigned to the credential. The validation code appears on the Certificate and in the related purchase or issuance records.

Any person may confirm the authenticity of a Certificate by entering or presenting the validation code through the verification facilities we provide, including the certificate page on our website and, where made available, our public verification interface. A successful verification confirms that a matching Certificate record exists in our systems for the stated recipient and course at the time of the query.

Verification does not expand the meaning of the credential. It does not constitute an endorsement of the holder’s current competence, employment, or legal authority to practise in any jurisdiction. You must not alter, forge, or misrepresent a Certificate, validation code, or verification result.

08User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate name, email, and other information required to complete a purchase or receive a Certificate;
  • use the Services and Digital Content only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing;
  • keep access links, receipts, and validation codes confidential and not share Course or exam access with others;
  • represent any Certificate truthfully, including that it is issued by CertifyPath and is not a government licence or academic degree;
  • comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Services; and
  • cooperate reasonably with us if we investigate a suspected breach, payment dispute, or verification request.

09Acceptable Use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit Digital Content;
  • share, rent, or transfer your access to another person;
  • interfere with examinations, including by cheating, using unauthorised aids, or circulating exam questions;
  • forge, alter, or misuse Certificates, validation codes, or verification results;
  • probe, disrupt, or circumvent the security or operation of the Services;
  • upload malicious code or use the Services to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material; or
  • misrepresent your affiliation with CertifyPath or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke Certificates, and take other appropriate action where we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

10Intellectual Property

The Services and all Digital Content, including text, graphics, layout, trademarks, course materials, examination items, certificate designs, and software, are owned by CertifyPath or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted upon a valid purchase, no right, title, or interest in the Services is transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law that cannot be waived. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11No Refunds After Delivery

All sales are final after delivery.

Once payment is completed and access to lessons, exams, or digital materials has been granted, all sales are final. Because Course content, examinations, and other Digital Content are delivered electronically and can be accessed or used immediately, we do not offer refunds after access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to the purchased materials and that you waive any right to a refund for that purchase once such access has been granted, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If a payment is processed in error, is unauthorised, or does not result in access being granted, contact us promptly using the details in the Contact Information section so that we may investigate with the payment provider.

12Support and Disputes

If you encounter technical issues, billing questions, or problems accessing purchased content, contact our support team at support@certifypath.online. Please include your order details, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and to help restore legitimate access.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we will rely on the transaction records of the payment provider, our internal logs, and evidence of Digital Content delivery. Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay investigation and may result in suspension of access while the dispute is pending.

13Limitation of Liability

The Services and Digital Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertifyPath disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a Certificate will satisfy any employer, regulator, or licensing body.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertifyPath and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to CertifyPath for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, the law, or our business practices. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes take effect when posted, or on a later date if we specify one.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
